Abstract: A curable resin composition contains a polyfunctional thiol compound. The polyfunctional thiol compound satisfies the following property (1) or property (2): (1) there is no CH structure two atoms next to an S atom; (2) in a compound obtained by adding ethylene to all SH groups in the polyfunctional thiol compound, an electrical charge of a hydrogen atom bonded to a carbon atom which is two atoms next to an S atom is 0.265 or less, as determined by natural population analysis after structural optimization based on a density functional theory.
