Abstract: A method for producing a sulfide-based solid electrolyte includes obtaining a sulfide-based solid electrolyte recycled product (B) from a liquid in which a sulfide-based solid electrolyte (A) in a sulfide-based solid electrolyte-containing mixture is dissolved in an organic solvent. The sulfide-based solid electrolyte-containing mixture contains the sulfide-based solid electrolyte (A) and another substance insoluble in the organic solvent. The method includes obtaining a solid-liquid mixture by immersing the sulfide-based solid electrolyte-containing mixture in the organic solvent to dissolve the sulfide-based solid electrolyte (A) in the organic solvent while having the other substance remaining as a solid component in the organic solvent, obtaining the dried recycled product (B) by subjecting the solid-liquid mixture to solid-liquid separation, causing a sulfide-based solid electrolyte to be deposited out from an obtained liquid fraction, and vaporizing the organic solvent, and subjecting the recycled product (B) to a heat treatment at 340° C. or higher.

Abstract: A method for producing lithium sulfide includes placing a powder containing a lithium element into a container, and while the container is sealed, vibrating the container from an outside to move the powder and reacting the powder with a gas comprising a sulfur element. The method may include temporarily reducing a pressure in the container in the middle of the reaction to lower than a pressure in the container at the time of the reaction, or reducing a pressure in the container after the reaction to lower than the pressure in the container at the time of the reaction.
