Abstract: An acoustic attenuation panel includes a resistive skin having acoustic holes, a solid skin and an acoustic structure. The acoustic structure includes a sound-absorbing material and is arranged between the resistive skin and the solid skin. In particular, the solid skin is structural and forms a transverse spacer between the solid skin and the resistive skin.
