摘要： Isolated polypeptides comprising a mutant programmed cell death 1 (PD-1) polypeptide and fusion polypeptides comprising an isolated mutant PD-1 polypeptide fused to an immunoglobulin domain polypeptide are provided. Further provided are methods of using a composition comprising the fusion polypeptide for stimulating T cell activation for treating disorders including a tumor or an infection.
