Abstract: The rail vehicle (1) comprises front end (100) and rear end (102) and side faces (104) and a light strip (3) fixed to the outside of the railway vehicle (1) and comprising a light source. The light strip (104) is fixed on at least either the front end (100) or rear end (102) and on the side faces, and extends over at least 50% the length of each of the side faces (104).
