Abstract: The present disclosure provides novel 15-hydroxy-prostaglandin dehydrogenase inhibitors, pharmaceutical compositions comprising such compounds, and methods of using such compounds and compositions in treating 15-hydroxy-prostaglandin dehydrogenase-mediated disease.
