摘要： A high-voltage cable, with an insulating wall built up of dielectric tapes, has an electrically floating metal armor tape at mid-potential of the insulation. When the cable is manufactured it can be reeled up after the application of the armor and run through the taping machine a second time to apply the outer layers of insulating tape.
