Abstract: Technology for a user equipment (UE) operable to encode an emergency contact list for transmission to an emergency center is disclosed. The UE can initiate an emergency call with the emergency center. The UE can identify the emergency contact list stored at the UE. The UE can encode a message that includes the emergency contact list for transmission to the emergency center via a network device to enable an operator at the emergency center to identify an emergency contact on the emergency contact list.
