Abstract: A wound interface device for use in negative pressure wound therapy. The device includes a flexible body having a plurality of spacers, the spacers configured to define a therapy space between a wound surface and a wound facing surface of the device body. The device also includes an inlet for the instillation of fluids to a wound site and an outlet for the removal of fluids from the therapy space.
