Abstract: A method and apparatus are disclosed. In an example from the perspective of a User Equipment (UE), the UE receives an uplink (UL) grant. The UL grant is indicative of a first Physical Uplink Shared Channel (PUSCH) transmission on a first Transmission/Reception Point (TRP) of a first cell. The UL grant is not indicative of a PUSCH transmission on a second TRP of the first cell. The UE transmits a Power Headroom Reporting (PHR) Medium Access Control (MAC) Control Element (CE). Based on the UL grant, the PHR MAC CE is indicative of a first power headroom (PH), associated with the first TRP, based on a real PUSCH transmission, and is indicative of a second PH, associated with the second TRP, based on a reference PUSCH transmission.

Abstract: A method and apparatus are disclosed. In an example from the perspective of a User Equipment (UE), the UE receives a first Radio Resource Control (RRC) message from a network node, wherein the first RRC message is indicative of a first uplink (UL) Bandwidth Part (BWP) of a cell. In response to initiation of a procedure to use a configured grant (CG) resource in RRC inactive state, the UE performs BWP switching from a second UL BWP of the cell to the first UL BWP of the cell. The UE performs, on the first UL BWP, a first UL transmission using the CG resource. In response to completion of the procedure, the UE performs BWP switching from the first UL BWP of the cell to the second UL BWP of the cell.

Abstract: In an example, a User Equipment (UE), with a first Universal Subscriber Identity Module (USIM) and a second USIM, enters Radio Resource Control (RRC) connected state in a first network associated with the first USIM. The UE triggers a Power Headroom Reporting (PHR) to the first network in response to (i) a RRC connection establishment procedure with a second network, (ii) a RRC connection resume procedure with the second network, (iii) a RRC connection release procedure with the second network, (iv) deactivation and/or release of a SCell and/or a SCG, (v) a pathloss, associated with a Serving Cell of the second network, changing by over a first threshold since a previous PHR transmission, (vi) activation of a first SCell of the second network and/or a SCG of the second network, (vii) a power backoff, associated with a Serving Cell of the second network, changing by over a second threshold since the previous PHR transmission, and/or (viii) switching of an activated BWP from a dormant BWP to a non-dormant DL BWP of a second SCell of the second network. The second network is associated with the second USIM.

Abstract: A method and device are disclosed from the perspective of a UE (User Equipment). In one embodiment, the method includes the UE receiving a first signaling to configure a preconfigured uplink resource (PUR) to be used in a cell. The method further includes the UE determining whether to use the PUR in the cell at least based on whether a timing advance is valid, wherein whether the timing advance is valid is based on a difference between a first measurement result and a second measurement result, and wherein the first measurement result is not a cell measurement quantity of the cell.

Abstract: A method and apparatus are disclosed. In an example from the perspective of a User Equipment (UE), a Slot Format Indication (SFI) is received within a first Channel Occupancy Time (COT) of a serving cell. The SFI is indicative of one or more slot formats of one or more slots of the serving cell. A first signal indicative of an ending position of the first COT is received. A beginning of at least one slot of the one or more slots is after the ending position. The UE determines whether to apply a slot format, of a slot of the one or more slots, to the slot based upon whether the slot is within the first COT, wherein the slot format of the slot is indicated by the SFI.

In response to deactivation of the first cell, the UE cancels the first triggered BFR and the triggered SR for SCell beam failure recovery associated with the first cell.
