Abstract: Embodiments of the present disclosure provides an air ring plenum. The air ring plenum includes an interior circumferential plenum opening. The air ring plenum further includes an inlet located on an exterior surface of the air ring plenum, the inlet includes a hollow passageway fluidly connected to the interior volume of the air ring plenum. The air ring plenum includes at least one divider plate, an upper interior surface of the air ring plenum and the divider plate defining a first upper channel circumscribed around the plenum opening, and a lower interior surface of the air plenum and the divider plate defining a second lower channel also circumscribed around the plenum opening.
