摘要： Disclosed is a preparation method of a toner comprising steps of:(a) preparing a dispersion mixture containing colored polymer particles, a charge controlling agent and organic resin fine particles, in an aqueous medium;(b) allowing said charge controlling agent and organic resin fine particles to be adhered on the surface of said colored polymer particles by salting-out;(c) drying said colored polymer particles having thereon said charge controlling agent and organic resin fine particles; and(d) applying mechanical impact to said colored polymer particles to effect a conversion of said organic resin fine particles into a film on the surfaces of said colored polymer particles.

摘要： Thermoplastic or thermosetting resin particles having a narrow particle size distribution are produced by suspending a liquid resinous composition in an aqueous solution of an anionic or cationic polyelectrolyte as primary particles of oil droplets, adjustion the suspension at a pH at which the polyelectrolyte is insolubilized to agglomerate into secondary particles of larger particle size, and allowing the secondary particles in the suspension to solidify.

摘要： The present invention provides a method which makes it possible to manufacture substantially spherical resin granules with a narrow grain size distribution by a simple operation. According to the present invention, there is provided a method of manufacturing resin granules with a grain diameter of 1.about.100 .mu.m and narrow grain size distribution by controlling the cloud point of polyvinyl alcohol and other water soluble polymers.
