Abstract: An intraoral telescoping spring includes a first tubular element, a second tubular element and a rod-shaped element. The first tubular element includes a first connecting element wherein the first tubular element has a first end and an open second end. The second tubular element is displaceably accommodated in the first tubular element and has a spiral spring, surrounds the first tubular element and extends in the direction of the first connecting element, and attached to the fourth end thereof to force the fourth end in a direction away from the second end. The rod-shaped element is displaceably accommodated in the second tubular element and has a second connecting element for connecting to the other of the two dental arches attached to the sixth end thereof. The spiral spring is attached to the fourth end of the second tubular element, so that the first and second tubular elements are detachably connected.

Abstract: The invention relates to a device for treating the temporomandibular joint. The device includes pads (5) for placing on the occlusal surfaces of the posterior teeth (Z) of the left-hand and right-hand sides of the mouth, wherein the pads are filled with fluid (F), and are connected to each other by means of a tube (7) for fluid exchange. To improve the wearing comfort, it is proposed according to the invention that each pad (5) has on one side of it a means (1, 3, 4, 8) for clamping on the posterior tooth (Z).

Abstract: The invention relates to a device for correcting jaw and tooth malpositioning, with a jacket tube 1 at whose jacket tube end E1 a first securing element 2 is provided, a tube 4 which is telescopically displaceable inside the jacket tube 1 and in which a rod 6 is guided in a telescopically displaceable manner, said rod 6 having a second securing element 7 provided at the first rod end E4.
