摘要： A stator assembly structure of a direct current brushless motor includes a coil seat having a fitting hole for passage of the magnetic conducting tube. An upper pole plate and a lower pole plate are mounted above and under the coil seat respectively. At least one upper magnetic conducting plate and lower magnetic conducting plate are respectively bonded on the upper pole plate and the lower pole plate. Each of the upper pole plate, the lower pole plate, the upper magnetic conducting plate, and the lower magnetic conducting plate has a positioning hole for passage of the magnetic conducting tube. Side walls extending toward a vertical direction are formed on the pole ends of the upper pole plate, the lower pole plate, one upper magnetic conducting plate, or one lower magnetic conducting plate.

摘要： A direct current brushless motor of a radial air-gap includes a rotor having a rotation shaft rotated in a magnetic conducting tube of the stator. The magnetic conducting tube has an outer wall combined with a coil seat. The coil seat has two ends respectively mounted with an upper pole plate and a lower pole plate. Each of the upper pole plate and the lower pole plate has a periphery having upper pole faces and/or lower pole faces respectively extended upward and downward therefrom. The pole faces of the upper pole plate and the lower pole plate are arranged in a staggered manner. The pole faces encompassing the coil seat are formed with larger openings for allowing pull out of a distal end of a coating wire of the coil seat.

摘要： A assembling structure of a miniature vibration motor includes a seat plate provided with electronic elements, a sensor, and connecting points. A conducting line is provided between the sensor and the connecting points. The seat plate is formed with a shaft hole for fixing of a pivot shaft that passes through the shaft hole of the housing and the shaft hole of the rotor. The rotor has a permanent magnet induced with the poles of the stator seat. The stator seat is wound with a coil, and has connecting legs connected to the connecting points of the seat plate. The housing may be fixed on the seat plate.

摘要： A combination of a rotor and a supporting structure for the rotor comprises an axle, a fixing member securely mounted in the axle tube, a supporting member securely mounted in a lower end of the axle tube, and a rotor having a shaft base and a shaft extending from the shaft base. The shaft includes an engaging groove. The shaft is extended through the fixing member with an end face of a distal end of the shaft rotatably resting on the supporting member and with the fixing member engaging with the engaging groove of the shaft. The shaft further includes an auxiliary supporting section, the auxiliary supporting section and an inner periphery of the axle tube having a minimal gap therebetween.

摘要： A supporting structure includes a metal axle tube, a holding member securely mounted in the axle tube, a supporting member securely mounted in the axle tube and including a supporting portion, and a fixing member securely mounted in the axle tube and including an opening. The holding member includes a hole and an inner flange is formed on an inner periphery defining the hole. A shaft is provided to a center of the rotor and includes an engaging groove. The shaft is extended through the hole of the holding member and the opening of the fixing member with an end face of a distal end of the shaft rotatably resting on the supporting portion of the support member and with the fixing member engaging with the engaging groove of the shaft, whereby the shaft and the inner flange of the holding member have a slight contact therebetween.
