摘要： The present invention provides a novel proteinaceous composition that increases the levels of dopamine (DA) in neurons. Therefore, provided are methods for treating conditions caused by the deficiency of dopamine and/or by the loss of DA neurons or injury to DA neurons. An example includes Parkinson's disease. Also provided are methods for isolating and partially purifying the proteins and further characterizing the same.
