Abstract: An aerosol-generating system includes a liquid-storage portion including a housing configured to store a liquid aerosol-forming substrate. The aerosol-generating system also includes a heater configured to heat liquid aerosol-forming substrate, a vibratable element including a plurality of passages through which the heated liquid aerosol-forming substrate passes to form an aerosol, and an actuator arranged to vibrate the vibratable element to generate the aerosol.
