Abstract: A quantum computing service includes connections to one or more quantum hardware providers that are configured to execute quantum circuits using quantum computers based on one or more quantum technologies. The quantum computing service also includes at least one edge computing device located adjacent to a quantum computer at one of the quantum hardware provider facilities. The edge computing device is configured to execute classical computing portions of a hybrid algorithm in coordination with the quantum computer, which executes quantum computing portions of the hybrid algorithm. Results of the execution of the hybrid algorithm are automatically stored to a data storage service accessible to the customer.

When the quantum computing service receives another quantum computing program, from the same or a different customer, the quantum computing service may determine whether the quantum computing program may include one or more of the quantum functions corresponding to the compiled files in the cache. If so, the quantum computing service may use the compiled files in the cache to compile the quantum computing program.

Abstract: A quantum computing service includes a quality of service (QoS) and out-of-band prioritization module. The QoS and out-of-band prioritization module enforces QoS guarantees for quantum tasks and quantum jobs submitted to the quantum computing service while allowing for processing of the quantum jobs and quantum tasks based on QoS guarantees and not necessarily in an order in which the quantum jobs or quantum tasks are received. Also, the QoS and out-of-band prioritization module determines updated priorities out-of-band based on quantum resource usage information for previously executed quantum tasks such that submittal of pending quantum tasks is not delayed in while update priorities are being determined.

Abstract: A system for managing deployment of quantum circuits is described. The system may include a web server configured to receive, from a consumer, a quantum computing request to perform a job using a given quantum application. The web server may generate a response based on execution of the quantum application and at least a portion of the quantum computing request and return the response to the consumer. The system may also include a deployment service configured to store quantum circuit definitions in a data store. The deployment service may receive, from the web server, a deployment request for executing a quantum circuit. The deployment service may generate a container for implementing the quantum circuit. The deployment service may configure a quantum application in the container for executing a job using the quantum circuit. The deployment service may provide the web server access to results of the execution of the job.

Abstract: A quantum computing service may use multiple quantum computers to execute a same quantum computing algorithm to improve the quantum computational accuracy. The quantum computing service may instruct individual ones of the multiple quantum computers to execute the quantum computing algorithm repeatedly for a number of times. The quantum computing service may obtain a plurality of results from the multiple quantum computers. The quantum computing service may aggregate the plurality of results to generate an ensemble result, and provide the ensemble result to a customer as a final result of the quantum computing algorithm.
