Abstract: This disclosure describes techniques for utilizing sensor data to automatically determine the results of events within a system, as well as utilizing associate applications of human associates to supplement the sensor data. Upon receiving sensor data indicative of an event, the techniques may analyze the sensor data to determine a result of the event, such as that a particular user associated with a user identifier selected a particular item associated with an item identifier. Contents of a virtual shopping cart of the user may be maintained based on this automated analysis of sensor data. In addition, a human associate may interact with the particular user to further modify the virtual shopping cart.

Abstract: A container formed from a single piece of cardboard or like materials may double as a plate. The single piece may generally take the form of an oval, and may include a number of panels separated by specifically oriented creases and folds which enable the single piece to be folded into the container, and contain a food product such as a sandwich therein, or unfolded into a plate-like flat surface from which the food product may be eaten by a customer. A frame including a plurality of elbows, pegs or other extensions may be used to form the single piece into a semi-folded state, facilitating processes for preparing or packaging the food product.

Abstract: In some examples, a portable electronic device may monitor a plurality of device care metrics to detect and characterize a level of care provided to an electronic device by a user. Further, the user may receive a reward for providing a level of care as specified by one or more device care thresholds. For example, the device may monitor sensor information from one or more sensors for determining whether the device has experienced a physical event, such as a fall event, an excessive moisture event, or the like. Further, the device may also monitor for system events, such as whether to update a program, whether malicious code has been installed, or the like. The occurrence of a physical event and/or the user's actions in response to a system event may determine a user's eligibility to receive a reward based on the level of device care provided.

Abstract: Containers for baked goods such as cookies may include liners and bags. A liner may be formed from paperboard and include an enclosure that is defined by a plurality of panels. A lower portion of a baked good or another food product may be received within the enclosure, and an upper portion of the baked good may extend above the enclosure and be visibly supported by one or the panels. The liner may have dimensions that are selected to standardize the size of a baked good, and may be inserted into an appropriately sized bag that may be folded over the liner or otherwise sealed. The enclosure of the liner enables the baked good to be presented vertically on a shelf, rather than horizontally, and in series with other baked goods.
