Abstract: The present disclosure relates to a cosmetic composition of dispersion formulation including: a aqueous phase as an external phase; and an oil phase consisting of spherical particles dispersed in the aqueous phase, wherein the spherical particles including an alcohol having 22 or less carbon atoms and a sucrose-based surfactant, wherein the cosmetic composition has excellent formulation stability by including the spherical particles, and causes no irritation when applied to the skin.
