摘要： An antimicrobial composition containing a wasp extract, and more particularly, a broad-spectrum antimicrobial composition containing, as an active ingredient, an ethyl acetate fraction recovered by sequential organic solvent fraction of an ethanol extract of Vespa velutina nigrithorax or Vespa simillima simillima Smith. The Vespa velutina nigrithorax extract or the V. simillima simillima Smith extract exhibits excellent broad-spectrum antimicrobial activity against gram-positive bacteria, gram-negative bacterial and fungi, and thus may be used for pharmaceutical compositions, health functional foods, cosmetic compositions, animal feed compositions, additives for food, cosmetics or animal feed, various detergents and various cleansers. In addition, the extract has excellent heat stability, and does not lose its activity even under an acidic condition of pH 2.

摘要： Proposed are pharmaceutical compositions and health functional foods containing a Ganoderma lucidum fruiting body extract as an active ingredient for preventing, treating, or ameliorating thrombosis. The extract exhibits strong antithrombotic activity by inhibiting thrombosis-related enzymes and blood coagulation factors, has excellent thermal stability, and exhibits no loss of blood coagulation factor inhibitory effect and thrombogenic enzyme inhibitory effect even in acidic conditions of pH 2 and in plasma. Therefore, the Ganoderma lucidum fruiting body extract is expected to be used for the prevention and treatment of thrombosis, which causes ischemic stroke and hemorrhagic stroke, by improving blood circulation. The Ganoderma lucidum fruiting body extract is very useful in the pharmaceutical and food industries.

摘要： An antibiotic composition containing a wasp extract as an active ingredient, and more particularly, a pharmaceutical composition and a health functional food for preventing, ameliorating or treating diabetes by α-amylase inhibition and α-glucosidase inhibition, which contain a wasp extract as an active ingredient. The wasp extract exhibits strong antidiabetic activity by effectively inhibiting amylase, has no human erythrocyte hemolytic activity, has excellent heat stability, and the activity thereof is not lost even under an acidic condition of pH 2 and in plasma. The wasp extract of the present disclosure may be processed into various forms such as extracts, powders, pills or tablets, which can be taken at all times.
