Abstract: A user interface may be used to present a graph that represents observable values from health record data stored on a user device. A personal health ontology stored on the user device may be accessed. A filter may be added to the least one observable value. The user interface including the graph may be presented and the filter may be applied to the at least one observable value.

Abstract: A term base can be used to index a raw medical term (e.g., a text string from an electronic health record) to generate a computational expression of the raw medical term. The computational expression of the raw medical term can be used to generate a uniform medical term for the raw medical term. The computational expression can be compared with other computational expressions to organize the electronic health record, filter the electronic health record, and provide a uniform presentation of raw medical terms from different events in the electronic health record.

Abstract: A user's health record can be stored on a user device. Medical terms from the health record can be represented as medical term expressions using an indexing process. This creates a personalized relational graph for the user. The medical term expressions provide for uniform display of the information from the health record.

Abstract: A user domain concept (UDC) node of a personalized data graph may be generated by a user device. The UDC node may be generated based on a customization request, e.g., a request from a user to customize the portion of the health data and/or other aspects. The UDC node may store relationship information between nodes and be used to improve the functioning of a user interface that presents the health data. This may be achieved, at least in part, by providing user customization of the user interface (e.g., favoriting records, adding records to lists, giving records nicknames).
