Abstract: A cold rolled and heat treated steel sheet including in weight percent: 0.2%≤C≤0.35%; 0.5%≤Mn≤1.5%; 0.1%≤Si≤0.6%; 0%≤Al≤0.1%; 0.01%≤Ti≤0.1%; 0.0001%≤B≤0.010%; 0%≤P≤0.02%; 0%≤S≤0.03%; 0%≤N≤0.09% and can contain optional elements, the microstructure of the steel including, by area percentage, at least 80% of tempered martensite, 3 to 15% Bainite, 1% to 7% Martensite, 0 to 12% of Ferrite and 0 to 2% Residual Austenite.
