The flash memory device includes a housing enclosing a memory board, a serial port extending from the housing and electrically coupled to the memory board, and a swivel cap rotatably coupled and removably attached to the housing. In this regard, the swivel cap is rotatable between a closed position covering the serial port and an open position exposing the serial port, and the swivel cap is rotatable to at least one removal position enabling a separation of the swivel cap from the housing.

    摘要： In one embodiment, a screwdriver having interchangeable bit bodies with permanently affixed bit heads is provided. In another embodiment, at least one transparent end cap is provided to display a bit head in an engaged position ready for use. In another alternative embodiment, transparent end caps are provided at two ends of the screwdriver. In still another embodiment, two end caps are provided that may nest with each other. In yet another embodiment a rotatable end cap is provided. The various embodiments of the precision screwdriver may be utilized independently or in combination. One combination provides a screwdriver comprising two transparent, nesting, and rotating caps. A user can apply pressure to an end cap top (whether nested or not) to stabilize the screwdriver for a particular job while rotating the screwdriver independent of the nesting cap top.

    摘要： The present invention provides a rack including fingers which are pivotally mounted so that when an actuator is moved to an extended condition the fingers will simultaneously move to an extended position approximately perpendicular to the upper surface of the rack so that items may be placed thereon for uses such as drying. The fingers are pivotally attached to the actuator so that, upon movement to a retracted position, the fingers will pivot downward and to a retracted position below the upper surface providing a flat rack that is easily stored. The rack also includes a liquid indicator for identifying whether liquid is present within a base of the rack.

    摘要： A sippy cup assembly including a valve insert having a sheath and a stabilizing core is disclosed. The sippy cup assembly generally includes a container, a lid releasably coupled to and enclosing the container, and an annular seal for preventing liquid from leaking out of the container. The valve insert maintains form while permitting repeated removal and insertion, in addition to washing and long-term use, by providing that the stabilizing core has a rigidity greater than that of the sheath formed over the stabilizing core. The valve insert may be installed in the lid to correspond with a spout and air exchange aperture to permit egress of liquid and ingress of air upon application of suction by a user. When no suction is applied to the spout, the valve insert prevents leakage of liquid from the container.
