摘要： A recombinant protein encompassing a C-terminal protion from the structural envelope glycoprotein and an N-terminal portion from non-structural protein one of dengue type 2 virus was expressed in Escherichia coli as a fusion protein with Staphylococcal protein A. The recombinant protein was found to provide protection against lethal challenge with dengue 2 in mice.
