Embroidery thread information included in embroidery data is read out in a sequential order, and embroidery thread information and specified thread information are compared with each other. An embroidery pattern having embroidery data of which all of the embroidery thread information is coincident with the specified thread information is extracted as an embroidery pattern that satisfies the embroidery sewing condition. The extracted embroidery pattern is then displayed on a liquid crystal display.
