摘要: A metallic frame member provided for use in a traveling frame assembly, guide rail or receiving rail in a conveyor system. A rear section extends longitudinally of the frame member. A pair of inclined sections are bent in directions in which they extend towards each other from lateral ends of the rear section. A pair of front sections are bent in directions in which they extend from lateral ends of the pair of inclined sections generally in parallel to the rear section. A pair of side sections are bent from lateral ends of the front sections towards the rear section. The rear section and pair of inclined sections define a longitudinal concavity having a generally C-like vertical cross-sectional profile. Each of the side sections are folded back at the free end inside or outside thereof to form a folded portion.

摘要: A track frame assembly to guide the conveyor chain or the like in a conveyor system is provided which includes at least a pair of frame members (A1), coupling block (10) and track rails (D). The frame member (A1) includes a base plate portion (1) and a pair of bent plate portions (2 and 4). The bent plate portions (2 and 4) have a plurality of cuts (5) formed therein nearly perpendicularly to the length thereof at predetermined intervals. When the base plate portion (1) is curbed in the direction of its thickness, the cuts (5) are deformed and the bent plate portions (2 and 4) are bent in the direction of their width, so that the frame members can be deformed easily and positively to a desired curved shape. Therefore, the track frame assembly is highly lightweight and rigid, simply configured, easy to produce and suitable for mass production, easy to handle and assemble. Thus the track frame assembly is optimally usable as a curved track portion in the conveyor system.

摘要: A track frame assembly is provided which includes a frame member formed from an elongated metallic channel, a pair of elongated synthetic resin-made track rail members each fixed in place on a predetermined surface of the frame member, and a plurality of rail fixtures with which the pair of track rail members can removably be fixed to the frame member. Each of the track rail members includes a retaining projection having a retaining recess formed therein, the pair of track rail members is disposed for the retaining recesses to be opposite to each other and each chain element of the conveyor chain has a pair of engaging projections which are formed to slide in contact in the respective retaining recesses in the track rail members in pair, thus the conveyor chain being smoothly movable without disengagement from the pair of track rail member. Thus, the track frame assembly can be formed from a reduced number of parts and designed lightweight because of its structural simplicity, is easy to assemble, can retain ample strength and precision, is easy to handle and maintain and inexpensive.

摘要: An elevator control apparatus includes a power storage unit for storing the DC power; a charge/discharge control circuit that controls a state of charge of the power storage unit, outputs a drive signal to charge the power storage unit with the DC power during a halt of the elevator based on operational information regarding the elevator received from the controller, and outputs a stop signal to stop charging when a voltage of the power storage unit reaches a preset voltage; and a charge/discharge circuit for starting charging the power storage unit with the DC power in response to the drive signal, and stopping the charging in response to the stop signal. This arrangement ensures landing of the elevator in case of a power failure, eliminates a peak in power consumption, and permits energy saving by effectively using power produced in a regenerative mode of the elevator.

摘要: A configuration for mounting a fuel line on an engine which reduces the number of parts needed to mount the fuel lines and the fuel cock, reduces the number of assembly and mounting processes, and improves both the handling qualities and the safety of the engine at a low cost. In this fuel line configuration for a single-cylinder multi-purpose engine having a fan cover and a front cover on the front of the engine, a fuel tank on top of the engine is connected to the carburetor by a fuel line with a fuel cock on it. Semicircular grooves are provided in the fan cover and front cover, and the fuel line is engaged in a channel formed by the two grooves and thereby immobilized. The fuel cock, which is attached to the front end of the fuel line, is mounted to the front cover.
