Abstract: The invention relates to a vehicle steering wheel having a hub arranged to be connected to a steering element of the vehicle, at least one branch attached to the hub, a rim attached to said at least one branch, and further having: a core defined by a frame portion and by an overmolding material at least partially overmolded on the frame portion, an electrical device covering at least part of the core and comprising a substrate supporting at least one electrical conductor arranged facing the core, characterized in that the steering wheel comprises an insulating film electrically arranged between the electrical conductor and the core.
