摘要: A first reset switch is attached to a combustion controlling device. A second reset switch is installed at a remote place distant from the combustion controlling device. A first reset input from the first reset switch is received without any restriction to release the lockout. A reset input from the second reset switch is received with any restriction to release the lockout. Specifically, when the lockout releases are performed for a predetermined number of times or more upon receiving the reset input before a predetermined time elapses after the lockout has been released upon receiving the initial reset input, the release of the lockout upon receiving the reset input is prohibited until the predetermined time elapses.

摘要: A pseudo flame detecting portion detects a presence of a pseudo flame due to disturbance light when a sensor output of a flame sensor is equal to or greater than a pseudo flame threshold value and detects an absence of pseudo flame when the sensor output is equal to or less than another pseudo flame threshold value. The combustion controlling portion monitors the pseudo flame detection result from the pseudo flame detecting portion before an ignition attempt in the combustion equipment and, when the pseudo flame detection result continuously indicates presence of pseudo flame for a first monitoring time, cancels the ignition attempt in the combustion equipment.

摘要: To detect a sign of a flame failure that cannot be detected by monitoring a flame voltage and a flame current, a flame monitoring device is provided that includes an information acquisition unit that sequentially acquires a flame level indicating frequency of discharge of a flame detector caused by a flame of a main burner, and a flame level monitoring unit that monitors the flame level sequentially acquired by the information acquisition unit. The flame level monitoring unit detects a sign of a flame failure of the flame by detecting an occurrence of a specific period during which a state in which the flame level is less than a predetermined threshold value continues for a length of time equal to or more than a predetermined period and less than a flame response period.

摘要: To grasp a state of a combustion apparatus based on a flame state of a burner, a discharge number measurement unit measures the number of discharges of a flame sensor per unit time. A light emission information generation unit generates, as light emission information, information obtained based on a value obtained by dividing a total (accumulation) of the number of discharges per unit time measured by the discharge number measurement unit by a total measurement time. A determination unit determines the state of the combustion apparatus to be inspected based on the light emission information generated by the light emission information generation unit as described above.
