摘要： Method for inhibiting tumor cell formation or tumor cell growth, and method for inducing apoptosis in sperms, the method comprising administering to a patient in need thereof an antagonist that inhibits the binding of MAGE protein to KAP-1, thereby inhibiting MAGE gene function. Also disclosed are pharmaceutical compositions comprising the same, and method for screening a substance that inhibits MAGE protein binding to KAP-1.
