Abstract: The present invention relates to methods and uses for controlling herbicide resistant or tolerant weed species by applying the herbicidal compound (±)-2-exo-(2-Methylbenzyloxy)-1-methyl-4-isopropyl-7-oxabicyclo[2.2.1]heptane, any of its individual enantiomers or any non-racemic mixture thereof. The methods and uses are particularly suitable for the protection of crops. The invention also relates to specific herbicidal compositions comprising said herbicidal compound.
