摘要： A display substrate includes a first substrate, a microcup structure layer, an electrophoretic liquid and a second substrate. The first substrate includes a pixel electrode layer which includes a plurality of pixel electrodes. The microcup structure layer is disposed on a side of the first substrate. The microcup structure layer includes a plurality of microcups, each microcup has a first opening and a second opening opposite to the first opening, the first opening is closer to the pixel electrode layer than the second opening, a size of the first opening being greater than a size of the second opening. The electrophoretic fluid is filled in the plurality of microcups, and the electrophoretic fluid is incorporated with charged particles. The second substrate is disposed on a side, away from the first substrate, of the microcup structure layer with the electrophoretic fluid, and the second substrate includes a common electrode layer.
