The device includes at least two modular structures; the control unit controls a first electromagnet and a second electromagnet to be magnetized to alternately bear a sealing role.

Abstract: The present disclosure relates to a magnetic liquid sealing device. When a rotating shaft of the device axially vibrates, an outer ring of a bearing may not be provided with a rim, and a J-shaped bush and U-shaped sleeve ring can have relative displacement in an axial direction. When the rotating shaft radially vibrates, the U-shaped sleeve ring may deviate radially to allow sealing gaps, so as to prevent a bump between a pole shoe and J-shaped bush. Under action of a support spring and axial spring, sealing rings can be pressed to allow for sealing, and the U-shaped sleeve ring may not be in direct contact with an end cap, so as to avoid face friction.

Abstract: An intelligent regulation system for a mechanical seal, the system comprising: a monitoring device for measuring a signal correlated with a seal in real time; a control device, comprising a state determination module, a feasible region analysis module, an evaluation module and an optimizing module, wherein the state determination module unscrambles the signal obtained by the monitoring device to estimate the state of the seal; the feasible region analysis module determines, according to a current state, a state that the seal can reach by means of the regulating effect of a regulating device; the evaluation module evaluates a value for the state of the seal; and the optimizing module searches a feasible region, where the seal is regulated, for a regulating method with a relatively high value to the greatest extent, and accordingly sends an instruction to the regulating device; and the regulating device for actively applying an action to the seal according to the instruction given by the control device.

Abstract: The present disclosure discloses a magnetic liquid sealing device adapted to axial and radial displacements of connection, which includes: an end cover; a rubber-sealing-ring equipped first clamping plate fixed on the end cover by a first screw and a second screw; a rubber-sealing-ring equipped second clamping plate installed in a groove of the end cover; a fundamental sealing structure fixed on the rubber-sealing-ring equipped second clamping plate by a third screw and a fourth screw, so as to be isolated from the end cover by the rubber-sealing-ring equipped first clamping plate and the rubber-sealing-ring equipped second clamping plate. The device isolates the connected component from the magnetic liquid sealing structure by the two clamping plates, such that the axial and radial deformations and displacements of the connected component will not be loaded on parts in magnetic liquid sealing structure, prolonging the service life of the magnetic liquid sealing.

Abstract: A chain unit lubricated and sealed with magnetic fluid includes a pin shaft, a magnetic sleeve, a first pole piece and a second pole piece. The sleeve is fitted over an outer periphery of the pin shaft. Both ends of the pin shaft protrude from the sleeve. A first gap exists between an inner peripheral surface of the sleeve and an outer peripheral surface of the pin shaft. The first pole piece is arranged at one of the sleeve and has a first mating hole. A second gap exists between an inner wall surface of the first mating hole and the outer peripheral surface of the pin shaft. The second pole piece is arranged at the other end of the sleeve and has a second mating hole. A third gap exists between an inner wall surface of the second mating hole and the outer peripheral surface of the pin shaft.

The heat conductive rod (6) is inserted in the pole shoe (4), the heat dissipating jacket (7) is fitted over the shaft casing (2), and the heat conductive rod (6) is connected with the heat dissipating jacket (7) through a connecting member (11).
