Abstract: A light guide plate, a backlight, a display device, and a dot striking apparatus and a method for fabricating the light guide plate are provided. In the light guide plate, the bottom surface of the light guide plate includes a first region and a second region, first dot structures are arranged in the first region and a transition region of the second region that is adjacent to an edge of the first region, an outer surface of each of the first dot structures has a surface roughness greater than a threshold, so that a portion of the incident light is diffusely reflected by the first dot structures and emits, and second dot structures are arranged in a region other than the transition region of the second region.
