    Abstract: A telescopic mechanism includes a fixed part, a movable part and a telescopic assembly, where the telescopic assembly includes m folding telescopic frames and m-1 balance connecting rod groups; two ends of the folding telescopic frame are connected to the fixed part and the movable part respectively, the m folding telescopic frames are disposed at intervals in a first direction, and the first direction is perpendicular to a telescoping direction of the telescopic assembly; and each balance connecting rod group is disposed between two adjacent folding telescopic frames, each balance connecting rod group includes at least one balance connecting rod, and two ends of each balance connecting rod are connected to the two adjacent folding telescopic frames respectively.
