摘要： Embodiments of the present disclosure provide a display device, a packaging method thereof and a display apparatus. The display device includes a base substrate; and a light-emitting unit and a packaging unit sequentially disposed on the base substrate, the packaging unit includes a first packaging film layer, a second packaging film layer and a water-absorbing functional layer located between the first packaging film layer and the second packaging film layer; the water-absorbing functional layer is mainly formed of a self-healing material with water absorbability.
