摘要: A display substrate, a display device and a display control method are provided. The display substrate comprises a plurality of pixel units. Each of the plurality of pixel units includes a first region and a second region which is switchable between a non-opaque status and an opaque status. The first region comprises a first light-emitting unit which is a single-sided light-emitting unit. The second region includes at least one color-variable component covering the second region. Each of the at least one color-variable component is switchable between a transparent status and a non-transparent status. The second region is in the non-opaque status in a condition that the at least one color-variable component is in a transparent status. The second region is in the opaque status in a condition that the at least one color-variable component is in a non-transparent status.

摘要: The present disclosure provides an evaporation device and an evaporation method. The evaporation device includes: an evaporation chamber; a plurality of spaced conductive baffles disposed in the evaporation chamber and dividing the evaporation chamber into a plurality of evaporation sub-chambers, the conductive baffles configured to carry charges of a first polarity; an evaporation source disposed in at least one of the evaporation sub-chambers; and a particle charging circuit disposed in at least one of the evaporation sub-chambers. The particle charging circuit is configured to control evaporation material particles generated from the evaporation source in at least one of the evaporation sub-chambers to have charges of the first polarity.

摘要: A display panel, a manufacturing method thereof and a display device are provided. The display panel includes a base substrate, a pixel definition layer, a light emitting layer and a spacer. The pixel definition layer is configured to define each of subpixels in the display panel and includes a groove structure which is disposed between adjacent subpixels, the spacer is disposed in the groove structure, the light emitting layer is disposed on a side of the pixel definition layer and the spacer away from the base substrate, and a thermal expansion efficient of the spacer is greater than a thermal expansion efficient of the light emitting layer.

摘要: A pixel circuit is provided. A first terminal and a second terminal of a light-emitting sub-circuit are coupled to a first power supply terminal and a compensation sub-circuit respectively. A short-circuiting sub-circuit is coupled to the first terminal and the second terminal of, and short-circuits under control of a short-circuiting control terminal, the light-emitting sub-circuit. The compensation sub-circuit is coupled to a data voltage terminal, a reference voltage terminal, and a first electrode and a gate electrode of a driving transistor. The light-emitting sub-circuit emits a light of brightness in a level corresponding to a current flowing therethrough. The compensation sub-circuit loads, based on the data voltage terminal and the reference voltage terminal, a driving voltage related to a threshold voltage of the driving transistor onto the gate electrode of the driving transistor, such that a current flowing through the driving transistor is not influenced by its threshold voltage.

摘要: An inspection device includes: a driving circuit, configured to input display data of an image to a pixel electrode of the array substrate; a light-emitting device comprising a first electrode, a second electrode, and a plurality of light-emitting units arranged between the first electrode and the second electrode, and the plurality of light-emitting units is capable of emitting light under the effect of an electric field between the first electrode and the second electrode; a test circuit, configured to electrically connect the first electrode of the light-emitting device to the pixel electrode of the array substrate, and input a first electrical signal to the second electrode of the light-emitting device, to generate the electric field; and a processing circuit, configured to acquire optical information of the light emitted by the light-emitting device, and determine whether there is an electrical defect in the array substrate according to the optical information.
