摘要: An array substrate, a touch panel and a manufacturing method of an array substrate are provided. The array substrate includes a base substrate and a plurality of gate lines, a plurality of data lines, a common electrode layer and a plurality of pixel units arranged in an array disposed on the base substrate. Each of the pixel units includes a plurality of sub-pixel units defined by gate lines and data lines disposed to intersect each other laterally and vertically. The common electrode layer includes a plurality of common electrode blocks that double as self-capacitance electrodes, each of the common electrode blocks is connected with at least one wire, and the wires are in the middle of sub-pixel units of a same column. The array substrate is configured to increase aperture ratio of pixel units.

摘要: Embodiments of the present disclosure provide a display panel, a display apparatus and a method for identifying fingerprints. The display panel comprises a first number of pixel units, arranged in a first direction and a second direction perpendicular to the first direction, and each pixel unit comprises a display element and a sensor configured to sense and identify a fingerprint. The display panel may further comprise a receiving unit, configured to receive a fingerprint signal sensed by the sensor; a controlling unit, configured to control the receiving unit to receive the fingerprint signal sensed by a second number of sensors among a first number of sensors, in response to an instruction for fingerprint identification being received, wherein any two of the second number of sensors are not adjacent to each other in the first direction and the second direction.

摘要: The present disclosure provides a touch display panel and a driving method therefor, and a display device including the touch display panel, relating to the field of display technologies, and enabling a touch function of the display panel without increasing the thickness of the display panel. The touch display panel includes an upper substrate and a lower substrate, a plurality of gate lines and a plurality of data lines provided on the lower substrate and defining a plurality of sub-pixel regions, in each of which at least one common electrode block is provided, at least one common electrode block is configured to also function as a touch driving electrode; the touch display panel further comprises a touch sensing chip and a touch sensing electrode, the touch driving electrode and the touch sensing electrode being respectively electrically connected to output ends of the touch sensing chip; the touch sensing chip is configured to, during a touch time period, apply a touch driving signal to the touch driving electrode, apply a touch sensing signal to the touch sensing electrode, and detect a change of the touch sensing signal on the touch sensing electrode so as to determine a touch position on the touch display panel.

摘要: A touch substrate, a display device and a driving method thereof, touch pressure driving electrodes and touch pressure sensing electrodes provided between the layer where the touch detecting electrodes is located and the substrate carrier are added within the touch substrate, and the touch pressure sensing electrodes and the touch pressure driving electrodes constitute a mutual-capacitance structure. When the touch substrate is pressed, the distance between the touch substrate and the underlying metal layer becomes small, causing that capacitance value of the mutual-capacitance structure becomes small. During the time period for detecting pressure, through applying the touch driving signal to the touch pressure driving electrodes to detect the change of signal amount of the touch pressure sensing electrodes caused by the pressure on the touch position, the change of the capacitance value of the mutual-capacitance structure can be determined to achieve the function of pressure sensing. During the time period for detecting touching, the touch detecting electrodes, the touch pressure driving electrodes, and the touch pressure sensing electrodes are applied with the same touch detecting signal simultaneously, the touch position can be determined by detecting the change of the capacitance value of each of the touch detecting electrodes, and the function of the two-dimensional detection of touching can be realized.

摘要: An in-cell touch panel and a display device are disclosed. The in-cell touch panel includes a top substrate and a bottom substrate disposed oppositely to each other, a common electrode layer disposed on a side of the bottom substrate that faces the top substrate and a touch sensing chip. The common electrode layer is partitioned into a plurality of independent self-capacitance electrodes and a plurality of wires for connecting the self-capacitance electrodes to the touch sensing chip. The touch sensing chip is configured to apply common electrode signals to self-capacitance electrodes in a display interval and determine touch positions by detecting capacitance value variation of self-capacitance electrodes in a touch interval. No additional layer is needed for the in-cell touch panel, thereby saving production costs and improving production efficiency.

摘要: A touch display panel is provided. The touch display panel includes a first substrate, and a second substrate opposite to the first substrate. The first substrate includes a base substrate, and an anode, an organic light emitting layer and a cathode formed on the base substrate. The cathode includes a plurality of first sub-electrodes, each of the plurality of first sub-electrodes is used as a touch electrode and applied with a touch scanning signal during a touch scanning stage and is used as a common electrode and applied with a common electrode signal during a display stage. The first substrate further includes a driving electrode layer disposed between the anode and the base substrate, the driving electrode layer is applied with the touch scanning signal during the touch scanning stage.
