Abstract: A photoelectric conversion circuit and a driving method thereof, a photosensitive device and a display device are disclosed. The photoelectric conversion circuit includes a photosensitive circuit, a detection circuit, and a charging circuit, and the photosensitive circuit is connected to the detection circuit and the charging circuit respectively. The photosensitive circuit is configured to convert an optical signal into an electric signal, output the electric signal to the detection circuit in a first state for detection of the optical signal and output the electric signal to the charging circuit in a second state for charging.

Abstract: The present disclosure provides a fingerprint detection device and method. The fingerprint detection device includes a detection substrate and a signal converter. The detection substrate includes pixels arranged in rows and columns. Each pixel includes a sensing circuit configured to receive an optical signal and output a sensing electrical signal according to the received optical signal. The signal converter includes A/D converters each coupled to one column of sensing circuits. The fingerprint detection device further includes a control circuit coupled to the sensing circuits and the A/D converters and configured to obtain common mode component of sensing electrical signals output by sensing circuits of at least part of the pixels and provide information about the common mode component to the A/D converters. The A/D converter is configured to perform analog-to-digital conversion on difference between the sensing electrical signal from corresponding sensing circuit and the common mode signal.

Abstract: Embodiments of the present application provide acoustic wave signal reading apparatuses, acoustic wave signal reading circuits, and control methods thereof related to the field of acoustic wave signal reading technology. One embodiment of an acoustic wave signal reading circuit comprises: an acoustic wave receiver, a reset control circuit, a function circuit, and an output circuit; an acoustic wave receiver is configured to convert a received acoustic wave signal into an electrical signal and outputs the electrical signal to a first node; the reset control circuit outputs a voltage to the first node; the function circuit switches states based on the first node, a signal terminal, and a voltage terminal, and outputs a voltage to a second node to reset the second node or amplifies a potential of the first node and outputs to the amplified potential to the second node depending on a state of the function circuit.
