Abstract: The disclosure discloses a liquid crystal display (LCD) panel and an LCD device. The LCD panel comprises a first substrate, a second substrate arranged opposing to the first substrate, and a liquid crystal layer arranged between the first substrate and the second substrate, wherein alignment film layers are provided on the surfaces of the first and second substrates facing the liquid crystal layer, and concave-convex microstructures are formed on the surfaces of the alignment film layers.
