Abstract: Display substrate and display device are provided. Abstract: A display panel includes: a pixel driving circuit layer, an anode layer, a light emitting layer, a cathode layer, an encapsulation layer and a touch function layer sequentially disposed on a base substrate. A dummy electrode pattern is disposed in a first display region of the display panel and disposed in a different layer from a first connection trace. The first connection trace can connect a second light-emitting unit group in a second display region to a second pixel circuit group in the first display region through the dummy electrode pattern. An overlapping area between the dummy electrode pattern and the first connection trace is approximately the same as that between a first electrode and the first connection trace.
