Abstract: The present application relates to a field of anode material, and a silicon carbon composite anode material and preparation method thereof, and a lithium ion battery provided. The silicon carbon composite anode material includes a silicon-based active particle, a conductive material, and a carbon coating layer, where the carbon coating layer is present on surface of the silicon-based active particle and/or the conductive material; and a semi-width of an X-ray diffraction angle (2θ) of the silicon-based active particle on a crystal face (111) is greater than or equal to 0.5 degree when X-ray diffraction of the silicon-based active particle is tested with CuKα ray. The silicon carbon composite anode material and preparation method thereof, and a lithium ion battery can effectively inhibit volume expansion of anode material and improve cycle performance of battery.

Abstract: The present disclosure provides a multi-component composite anode material, a method for preparing the same, a lithium-ion battery anode material, and a lithium-ion battery. The multi-component composite anode material includes a core and a shell covering surface of the core; the core includes a graphite substrate and an embedding component embedded in the graphite substrate. The embedding component include nano silicon, lithium titanate, and a first non-graphitic carbon material. The shell includes a second non-graphitic carbon material. The method includes: calcining a first precursor formed by a titanium source, nano-silicon, a lithium source and graphite to prepare a second precursor containing lithium titanate; and carbon-coating the second precursor with a carbon source. The multi-component composite anode material has high specific capacity, high initial coulombic efficiency, ultra-low volume expansion, excellent cycle performance and excellent rate performance.

Abstract: A graphite anode material, an anode, a lithium ion battery and preparation methods thereof. The graphite anode material includes a natural graphite core, a carbon coating layer, and a graphitizing filler. The natural graphite core has pores. The graphitizing filler is filled in the pores inside the natural graphite core. The graphitizing filler further forms the carbon coating layer. The preparation method includes: mixing natural graphite with a filler, and then pulverizing to obtain a graphite powder body; and graphitizing the graphite powder body in a protective atmosphere to obtain a graphite anode material. The preparation method reduces material turnover and residual loss, and achieves simple process and high production efficiency. The anode and lithium ion battery prepared have high first efficiency and excellent cycling performance.

Abstract: The present application provides a silicon-oxygen composite negative electrode material and method for preparation thereof and lithium-ion battery. The silicon-oxygen composite negative electrode material comprises a silicon-oxygen composite negative electrode material comprising SiOx, non-Li2Si2O5 lithium-containing compound, and Li2Si2O5; said Li2Si2O5 is coated on the surface of the non-Li2Si2O5 lithium-containing compound; 0≤x≤1.2. The preparation method comprises: mixing a first silicon source with a reducing lithium source and roasting, to obtain a composite material containing a non-Li2Si2O5 lithium-containing compound; the composite material containing the non-Li2Si2O5 lithium-containing compound is fused with a second silicon source and then subjected to heat treatment to obtain a silicon-oxygen composite negative electrode material. The silicon-oxygen composite anode material provided by the present application is coated with Li2Si2O5, solving the problem in the prior art of a negative electrode material producing strong alkaline or easily soluble by-products in water after pre-lithiation and affecting subsequent processing.

Abstract: The present disclosure relates to an anode material, a method for preparing the same, and a lithium ion battery, which belong to the technical field of energy storage materials. The anode material includes a LixMySiO4 material, a carbon material and nano-silicon. The LixMySiO4 material and the carbon material has a network structure, independently forming a first skeleton and a second skeleton in the anode material respectively. The first skeleton and the second skeleton are entangled with each other, and the nano-silicon is distributed in the matrix or/and on the surface of LixMySiO4 material. In the LixMySiO4 material, the values of x and y satisfy charge balance, and M includes a metal element capable of reducing silicon oxides, the metal element excludes Li. The anode material has better electrical conductivity, more stable structure, lower volume expansion, higher electrical conductivity, higher first efficiency and excellent rate performance.
