    摘要: Embodiments of the present disclosure relate to a method and apparatus for operating a smart terminal. The method for operating a smart terminal includes: parsing a currently inputted user voice command to a current text command; querying a historical text command record matching the current text command from a historical text command record set corresponding to a historical user voice command set; parsing the queried historical text command record to obtain a user's intention; sending a user request generated based on the user's intention to a resource database; and commanding an action component to take an action based on a response returned from the resource database and the user's intention.

    摘要: Embodiments of the present disclosure provide a voice smart device wake-up method, apparatus, device and storage medium. The method includes: receiving, by a master control device, a wake-up message sent by each smart device, the wake-up message comprising at least sound characteristics information, determining, by the master control device, a target smart device to be woken up according to the sound characteristics information, and sending, by the master control device, a wake-up instruction to the target smart device to be woken up, to wake up the target smart device to be woken up for responding to a voice request from a user. In a case where a plurality of smart devices share a same wake-up word, only one most suitable smart device is waken up to respond to a voice request of the user each time.

The method includes: receiving wake-up messages sent by respective awakened intelligent voice devices; determining a forwarding device according to the wake-up messages; sending a forwarding instruction to the forwarding device to enable the forwarding device to receive a user voice request according to the forwarding instruction, where the forwarding instruction includes: type skill information of all intelligent voice devices; and sending a non-response message to other awakened intelligent voice device other than the forwarding device, which enables the most appropriate response device to execute the cloud result requested by the forwarding device, and the plurality of awakened intelligent voice devices do not respond at the same time so as to avoid confusion, thus making it easier to meet user needs.
