摘要： The described embodiments relate to slotted substrates. One exemplary method removes substrate material from a substrate to form a fluid-handling slot through the substrate. This particular method also mechanically conditions the substrate proximate the fluid-handling slot, at least in part, to remove debris created by the removing.
