Abstract: A box useful for pizza, a method of assembling the box, and method of using the box are described herein. The box comprises a base having sidewalls extending therefrom, a box lid having a top surface and a bottom surface, the box lid hingedly connected to one of the base sidewalls, the box lid further having foldable flaps extending therefrom. A plate pocket extends from and is connected to secured to an edge of the box lid, and plate pocket comprises a base with sidewalls extending therefrom, the plate pocket sidewalls extending towards the box lid bottom surface when the box is in an assembled position, and may contain plate pocket accessories within a plate pocket cavity.

Abstract: A unique pizza box apparatus and methods of forming and using said pizza box are disclosed. The pizza box is formed with an additional plate pocket for receiving plates therein. The pocket is connected to an inside surface of the pizza box lid and expands a distance less than that of the depth of the pizza box. On the pizza box lid is a cut or perforated plate pocket lid with a living hinge on one end and a lid tab on a substantially opposite end for grabbing and rotatably opening the plate pocket lid with respect to the pizza box lid. A pizza bumper may further be included within the box to ensure separation between a base of the plate pocket and a pizza once the pizza is placed within the box. Napkins and/or further utensils may also be placed within the plate pocket if so desired.

Abstract: A box for takeout food is comprised of a base, a box lid, and an extra food pocket. The base has foldable sidewalls perpendicular to the base to form a box interior to store a main food item. The box lid has a top surface and a bottom surface and is connected to one of the base sidewalls. The extra food pocket may be separate from the box interior. The extra food pocket extends from an edge of the box lid and has a pocket base with pocket sidewalls. The extra food pocket is movable between a closed position and an open position. The main food item storied in the box interior could be a dessert, a pizza, or other main dish, and the extra food item stored in the extra food pocket could be an appetizer, side dish, dessert, or extra smaller portion of a main dish.
