Abstract: Provided are a voice interaction method, a device and a storage medium, relating to the technical field of data processing and in particular to artificial intelligence technologies such as Internet of Things and voice technologies. The scheme is as follows: in response to a trigger operation of a target user on a voice interaction device, outputting response information; determining, according to a response operation of the target user on the response information, whether a feedback condition is met; and in response to meeting the feedback condition, feeding back emotion guidance information.
