Abstract: A method and apparatus for processing information are provided. A specific embodiment of the method includes: acquiring image information containing text information, the text information comprising printed characters and non-printed characters; recognizing the text information is the image information to generate display data, the display data comprising a recognition result of the text information; and feeding back the display data to a user. This embodiment helps to reduce the limitations on the acquisition method and the contents of image information, and may enrich the feedback method and the contents of the text information therein.
