Abstract: The present disclosure provides a video editing method, an apparatus, a device, and a storage medium, and the method includes: first displaying, in response to a preset triggering operation for a target video template, at least one material adding entry corresponding to the target video template; receiving a first video material added from a first material adding entry among the at least one material adding entry; and generating a first video clip and a freeze-frame video clip based on the first video material in accordance with a video editing operation indicated by the target video template, and compositing to obtain a target video based on the first video clip and the freeze-frame video clip.
