摘要： A femoral drill guide assembly constructed in accordance to one example of the present disclosure includes a handle portion, a parallel slider, a perpendicular slider, a feeder guide and a receiving guide. The handle portion can extend along a first plane and include a first adjustable mating portion formed thereon. The parallel slider can have a second and a third adjustable mating portion thereon. The first and second adjustable mating portions can selectively move relative to each other causing the parallel slider to move relative to the handle portion between a plurality of positions along the first plane. The perpendicular slider can extend along a second plane and have a fourth adjustable mating portion thereon. The third and fourth adjustable mating portions can selectively move relative to each other causing the perpendicular slider to move relative to the parallel slider between a plurality of positions along the second plane.
