摘要： An apparatus such as a user equipment user device, smart phone and the like includes a memory device and an associated processor configured to transmit a buffer status report message when a reported buffer size in a last transmitted buffer status report message is satisfied. The apparatus may be configured to store the reported buffer size associated with the last transmitted buffer status report message, and track one or more grants of uplink resource; wherein the reported buffer size associated with the last transmitted buffer status report message is satisfied based on the grants of uplink resource.
