摘要： The present invention provides methods and systems for digitally processing audio signals in broadcasting and/or transmission applications. In particular, the present invention includes a pre-transmission processing module which is structured and configured to generate a partially processed signal. A transmitter is then structured to transmit or broadcast the partially processed signal to a receiver, where the signal is then fed to a post-transmission processing module. The post-transmission processing module is structured and configured to further processes the signal based upon, for example, the listening environment, profile(s), etc. and generate a final output signal.
